Food For Thought, January 25th, 2006  Susur Lee

In this episode I took a stroll with Susur Lee, celebrated Toronto chef and restaurauteur. We headed for Vancouver's Chinatown, and many of the items he saw there reminded him of his childhood spent in Hong Kong.  We shopped and talked about his cookbook, Susur, A Culinary Life.  While not for beginners, it is a book of interest since it combines a biography of his fascinating life so far, as well some intriguing recipes that require much shopping and preparation.
