I have been back in Canada for almost two months now, and it’s about time I posted our mammoth slide/music production that condenses all of the adventures my class at the University of Gastronomic Sciences had over nine months of classwork and field trips. Sure, you won’t get the significance of many of the photos, but I think you will certainly get the sense of the camaraderie and spirit we developed as 24 of us from widely-varied backgrounds.
