In something new for All You Can Eat, I team up with my colleagues from the Culinary Media Network and present a video podcast taste session from Guss’ Pickles in New York City’s Lower East Side.
Guss’ is a Lower East Side institution, and we munch our way through several pickled cucumbers of different age, sourness, garlic and heat levels. Pictured at right are another great Guss’ treat – pickled green tomatoes…juicy, juicy and oh-so-sweet!
